Piccolo Paese Ristorante Italiano Reopens in Liberty, NY

Liberty, NY (April 11, 2019) – Foster Supply Hospitality, the hotel and restaurant team behind The Arnold House, North Branch Inn, Nine River Road, The DeBruce and The Cabin at Hessinger-Lare, is proud to have reopened the doors of Piccolo Paese Ristorante Italiano, an Italian-American restaurant in Liberty, NY,  on April 11th.

After a short but extensive renovation of this beloved restaurant, Foster Supply Hospitality co-founders and owners Sims & Kirsten Foster are excited to join the town of Liberty’s business community with the opening of Piccolo Paese. Baco Vulaj will continue to serve as Executive Chef of the restaurant, teaming up with Clark Hoskin, former Executive Chef at The Arnold House on all of the culinary programming.

“We are thrilled to begin this new chapter of one of our longtime favorite Sullivan County restaurants. Our guests can expect to see many of the same classic dishes and table side service that has attracted such a loyal following to Chef Baco over the past 2 decades. At the same time, we hope everyone will like the newly designed and reimagined space, which now offers a 20-seat bar, high open ceilings and our “County Room”, with classic banquette seating and a large fireplace for cool evenings.”

Piccolo Paese will offer dinner 6 days a week and will be closed on Tuesdays. The restaurant will also offer private events. For more information, visit
